The Plan.

The Crane Project is a project aimed to help struggling people around the world and encourage others to pray for people they might not even know.

This is how it works: You know someone who is dealing with some problems, having a rough time with someone or getting into fights. Whatever it may be, things are simply not going their way. This is what you do, you tell the people at The Crane Project (through blog comment, facebook, email, text..). You can be as vague or as descriptive as you want, whatever you feel comfortable with. Us here at The Crane Project, we take this problem and on a sheet of origami paper, we write our prayer to God to help. We then fold that piece of paper into a paper crane and give it to you to deliver to this person you know, or you give us an address to reach them at and we get it to them ourselves, whatever works best for you. We add this persons name to a list, and we we pray for them. We pray for them until their problems are fixed. And when their problems are fixed, they can choose to unfold the crane and see what we were praying for or keep it folded and know that people have been praying for them.

  1. It looks like you all have your work cut out for you. I wish there were more people like you in the world, who would go out of there way to give compassion and to care about people of whom they might have never met.

I have to ask you: On Facebook, I'm sure you've seen an event called "If You Really Knew Me". I think each and every one of those people deserve to be happy, and I think each and every one of them deserve a wish. If you could, could you make some for those people who are hurting on that page?

I would be more than happy to help provide whatever supplies would be needed to keep this project going, and I'm sure many others would as well. You guys really prove, there is still hope among man.

  2. You just made my night. Here I was staring at the blog thinking that it completely failed. I was going to give up. Then I noticed your comment. You saved this project.

I can definitely make the cranes for the people writing on the event. The only issue is that I would need to know how to get them to some of the people. I know some of the people who wrote on the event and could give them their cranes at school. But others I have no idea where they live, or who they are. If you have any idea how to help with that, let me know!

Thanks so much! And thank you for saving the Crane Project.
